Q: How many people are in your crew?
A: Our crews consist of 2 cleaning technicians.
Q: I have an underage child that may be home during your technicians visit. Is this going to be a problem?
A: We require the child's legal guardian to be present while we render services if the child is home.
Q: I have animals. Is this going to be a problem?
A: We love animals! We don't mind working around them or them roaming around while we render services. Your comfort level is what we recommend. We only ask that if your pet is territorial or known to have been aggressive that they be kenneled or put into a safe room for our visit. If this is the case, just give us a head's up when booking the appointment.
Q: What kind of products do you use?
A: We use an all purpose general cleaner. However, if you have a personal preference or need a specific cleaner due to allergy reasons, etc. we are happy to use them! We just ask that you provide them and leave them out for us to use.
Q: How long does it take?
A: This depends on that package you choose! We have many packages to choose from- from a simple wipe 'n go service to a 'spring clean'. We also take into account the size of your home. Q: How much do you charge?

Q: What all do you clean?
A: This depends on that package you choose! We clean everything from baseboards to the kitchen sink, literally! We have many packages to choose from- from a simple wipe 'n go service to a 'spring clean'.
Q: Do I need to be home for the technicians to render services?
A: Not at all! We pride on being a trustworthy company. If you feel comfortable enough, you may hide a key and give us the location. We can also supply you with a doorknob key box (fee will be added to your bill) for which you choose the combination and forward the information to us.
Q: Do your cleaning technicians remove paint?
A: No. As per our service agreement, if the paint chips and/or paint splatter does not come off with a scrubbing pad or rag with chemicals that we have, we do not remove it. We do not use paint thinner or anything similar to that for liability reasons.
